How does the order process work?

We do not process any payments through the site, once an order is placed we will send you an email and an WhatsApp to confirm the payment process.

IMPORTANT: Please check your emails and spam folder.

Once the payment reflects in our account we will ship out the order and send you the tracking details. 

PLEASE NOTE: If an order has been placed and no payment made by the end of the day we will cancel the order.

How long will I wait for my order?

We ship once payment has been confirmed to try and get orders to clients the same week. If an order is placed after 5pm, cleared payments will be confirmed the next day and the shipping process will start. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after cleared payment confirmation. For clients close to Krugersdrop we will aim for same day or next day delivery and we sometimes throw in a extra gram or two.

We use a local courier service so there might be a delay for outlying areas, please be aware of this if you are not within a metropolitan area. 

Shipping will be a flat rate of R100,00 for South African residents.

Currently we do not ship internationally.

What packaging do you use?

We use discreet packaging for your convenience for our flowers and ship in Terplock bags for extra freshness and of course hide the lovely scent. This means you can receive your package at your office without anybody noticing.

What if my order is delayed?

Please get in touch with us on our email (info@sexybudz.com) or WhatsApp and we will handle the rest with the courier to ensure you get your package. 

Are we based in South Africa?

YES. We are and yes we are using an international domain to hide and protect our valued customers information. 

We do not have a walk in store, but you can find us on uberzol in the JHB area for same day delivery options.

Returns?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind. This is for safety reasons as we will not be able to resell returned medication. Some items will be refundable but please email us for more info
